About us

NGS Super is a leading super fund for education and community-based professionals – but we are open to everyone. We’ve been helping people with their super for over 35 years.

Our history

A lot has changed since NGS Super was established in 1988, but one thing that’s remained the same is our dedication to our members. From a small fund, we’ve grown to become a leading industry super fund for education professionals and community-based professionals.

With over 35 years of experience helping people with their super, we understand that everyone has unique needs and goals when it comes to their super savings and plans for retirement. We’re here to offer help and support through all the different stages of life whether you’re just starting your career or living in retirement. We offer our members a range of investment options, award-winning products, and personalised services to cater for their needs.

As a member-focused fund, we value the strong partnerships we have formed with organisations and associations representing members and employers within the education and community sectors – including the Independent Education Union (IEU) and the Association of Independent Schools (AIS). These relationships have helped us strengthen our product and service offerings to better support the personal, employment and financial goals of members.

Our team

Our people come from a diverse range of professional backgrounds and pathways, but we hold one common value: our members come first and are at the heart of everything we do.
