We are aware that some members have seen advertising via online channels, including Facebook, about crypto products by companies that include NGS Crypto and NGS Group.
We know the similarity in names is confusing which is why we want to remind members we are not associated with these companies. Below are examples of the NGS Crypto and NGS Group logos, so you can see what they look like.
We are pursuing our legal options against NGS Crypto and NGS Group and have commenced litigation in the Federal Court of Australia.
