NGS Super is not connected to the recent civil proceedings initiated by ASIC against three blockchain mining companies.

We understand that confusion may arise due to ASIC referring to the company name NGS in their statement. However, we wish to clarify that NGS Super has no connection whatsoever to the ASIC civil proceedings, which involves NGS Crypto Pty Ltd, NGS Digital Pty Ltd, and NGS Group Ltd (collectively referred to as the “NGS Companies”).

NGS Super welcomes the decision by ASIC to commence the civil proceedings against the NGS Companies for the alleged provision of financial services without an Australian Financial Services Licence.

NGS Super has also had prior litigation in the Federal Court of Australia against both NGS Crypto and NGS Group in order to protect its Trademark, and most importantly, its members.

NGS Super is not involved in selling cryptocurrency or crypto related products including but not limited to blockchain, and we would never approach our members to discuss or sell this type of product.
