Member Online: new login password
21 Jul 2020 1 min readIn order to increase security for Member Online, we are changing your login access from a PIN to a password from 12 August 2020. The first time that you log into Member Online on or after 12 August, you will be prompted to set a new password.
Once you have logged in using your current PIN, you will be taken to the screen below, which provides the requirements for your new password and asks you to enter it twice before submitting it. Your new password will be effective immediately.
