NGS Super Operations over the Christmas & New Year Holiday period
18 Dec 2024 1 min readDuring the holiday season there are a few changes to how payments and requests are processed:
Investment switch requests received by 4pm (AEST/AEDT) on a NSW business day will be effective that day. If received after, it will be effective the next business day.
Regular Income and Transition to Retirement account payments will continue to be made as scheduled. If your next payment date falls on a public holiday (25 December, 26 December, 1 January), we will begin processing of your payment earlier and bring forward payment to the previous business day.
Withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in line with service standards, but please consider the impact of public holidays on processing times if your request is urgent.
