NGS Super wins Best in Service Quality

We are proud to share that NGS has won Best in Service Quality at the Super Review Fund of the Year Awards. NGS was shortlisted in the Service Quality category along with Aware Super, CareSuper, Equip Super and Vision Super.
“This award recognises our transactional speed and efficiency, proactive approach to service, including resolving delays, high levels of member satisfaction and transparent approach to reporting on our service levels,” said NGS CEO Natalie Previtera. “Providing personalised service is in our DNA because our members are at the heart of everything we do.”

The annual Super Review Fund of the Year awards identify the top businesses and professionals in the super sector.
