NGS mobile application

The first time you log in, you'll need to enter the member number and PIN you use for Member Online (you can find your member number on your welcome letter and your annual statements). You will then be asked to create a 4-digit PIN — this is what you'll use to log in to the app moving forward.

On the Member Online login page, click ‘Reset your PIN/Password’ (above the ‘Sign in’ button) and follow the prompts. This option will only work if we’ve got your email address on file. If not, you can call our Helpline on 1300 133 177 and we’ll give you a PIN.

You can see your NGS Super account details through the NGS Super app, including your:

• account balance
• investments
• transaction history
• BPAY details to make contributions to your NGS Accumulation account
• insurance cover.

Through the NGS Super mobile app, you can:

• update your contact details
• provide us with your tax file number (and potentially avoid paying extra tax)
• consolidate your super
• change your investment options
• apply to change your insurance cover
• change your payment amount and frequency for your NGS Income account
• request a withdrawal from your NGS Income account
• update your beneficiaries (non-binding only).

You can’t make a direct deposit into your super through the app. However, you can view your BPAY details through the app and use them to make a contribution to your NGS Accumulation account. Alternatively, you can complete a Lump sum contribution form and send it to us with a cheque.

This feature is only available for NGS Income accounts. For NGS Accumulation and NGS Transition to retirement accounts, you need to meet certain conditions before you can make any withdrawals.
